How do I choose my meals each week?
Easy! Every week we drop a new menu. Just log in, pick your favourites, and we’ll prep and deliver them fresh to your door or you can collect.
Are your meals calorie or macro-counted?
Yes! Every meal comes with full macro breakdowns, so whether you're cutting, bulking, or just eating better—you’re covered.
How long do the meals last?
We advise fish meals will last for 3 days in the fridge. Chicken & Beef meals we advise will last for 4 days in the fridge.
Are your meals suitable for specific diets?
We’ve got options for various goals and lifestyles, including high-protein, low-carb, and veggie-friendly meals. Check the weekly menu for dietary tags!
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Each meal includes a full ingredient list and allergen info. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Always check labels or get in touch if you're unsure.
Can I Freeze my meals?
Yes, all meals can be frozen for up to 3 months.
How do I cook my meals?
All meals come with cooking instructions.
Subcriptions
Can I skip a week or pause my plan?
Unfortunately you cannot skip a week, however you can pause your plan every 4 week cycle using the customer portal.
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver all across the UK. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. You can also collect your meals from our Manchester base.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery days are Monday & Thursday. Orders must be placed before deadlines on our page, to be received within 48hrs.
Can I split my delivery between Sunday and Wednesday deliveries?
Yes, you can split your delivery if you wish.
How do I get sponsored?
We are always open to working with new athletes who can be ambassadors for our business.

Can I customise my meals?
While we don’t offer customisation on individual meals, our weekly menu has a variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. If you have any queries regarding this, please get in touch.
When do I need to place my order by?
Orders close every Wednesday at midnight for Sunday delivery. Don’t miss the cut-off—your tastebuds will thank you.
