How long do the meals last?

We advise fish meals will last for 3 days in the fridge. Chicken & Beef meals we advise will last for 4 days in the fridge.

Are your meals suitable for specific diets?

We’ve got options for various goals and lifestyles, including high-protein, low-carb, and veggie-friendly meals. Check the weekly menu for dietary tags!

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Each meal includes a full ingredient list and allergen info. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Always check labels or get in touch if you're unsure.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. You can also collect your meals from our Manchester base.

Can I Freeze my meals?

Yes, all meals can be frozen for up to 3 months.
